Ioannis works in our Corporate Law area, focusing on the analysis and preparation of contracts and covenants and providing counsel to our clients in their business endeavors.

Graduated with honors, his Bachelor of Laws thesis was "Social Business Responsibility: The Forestry Companies Case".

Before joining Alessandri & Compañía he practiced law in the civil and commercial litigation area at the Colombara Olmedo Law Firm, participating in lawsuits heard by ordinary and arbitration courts.

Mr. Constantinidis is a member of the Chilean Bar Association.
