Sofía Haupt joined Alessandri & Compañía in 2009. She works in the area of Corporate and Commercial Law focusing on the assistance of domestic and foreign clients in corporate law.

Graduated with honors, her undergraduate thesis is entitled "Restraints and Balances in the European Union's Institutional System" (2007).

Sofía did a one semester student exchange in Bayreuth, Germany, where she studied German Law, European Law and U.S. Corporate Law (2007-2008).

Sofía Haupt is a member of the Chilean Bar Association.
