Bernardita Dittus works in the litigation area of the firm, concentrating mainly on our clients' civil and criminal law issues. She is a criminal law specialist, having assisted many seminars and conferences regarding the new criminal procedural law, and having participated in a series of specialization courses related to criminal law litigation and oral defense.

She was one of the top students of her class at the University of Chile and graduated with maximum distinction. Her undergraduate thesis is entitled "Electoral Inscription Systems and the Electronic vote".

Since 2002 Ms. Dittus is Assistant Professor in Commercial Law at the University of Chile.

Bernardita Dittus is a member of the Chilean Bar Association.
