We were looking for a law firm in Chile, we come on vacations few weeks ago and everything was fine until we have the car accident. We were driving to the south of Chile and a drunken guy crushed our car while we were parking outside a gas station. The parking was OK, we weren’t breaking any law I at because my brother uses to work at a law firm Chile know it, I’m sure about t, and we were there like many other drivers parked while they were having lunch. This guy came fast into the parking lot of the gas station, pass over an oil stain and slip until crush the car we rent. As we are foreigners we didn’t know what to exactly do in this situation, the drunken guy told us that he will give notice to the closest police station and asked for the papers of the car we rent. I gave him everything, he wrote it down I’ll the information and gave me a personal card with his name and phone number. For sure he wanted to do everything without the police, we were waiting for more than 3 hours at the gas station and we were only few miles away from the closest city. This happened two weeks ago, on Wednesday actually to be more precise. When he was leaving the place a person asked me about the accident, I told her what happened and she was very sorry for us, not only for the accident but also because this guy, if isn’t honest, can do a hit and run almost with my permission because no cops were there to define the guiltiness of any of both. The phone number he gave me seems to work but he doesn’t answer, which is not nice al all. He has a contract signed for the services we provide him but he did not pay the total of the price of the services that day. I did trust on this guy but you know, sometimes there are people who always try to get advantage from others and at the end are not correct and not enough straight to trust. The only chance and step u have right now is to get in contact with a law firm Chile and get some advice. There was a lot of money involved in this project, some for the local, other for my services and the rest in promotion; I was not the only guy that got robbed by this man, all the people that was hired for that show passed by the same rob. I called one day this man from my sister’s phone, I guess as he did not recognized the phone number answered as he was talking to a friend. I told him he owes me money, he agreed, lied about give a solution and I warned him about the law firm Chile I hired. He got scared and nervous; he was already appointed to go on a trial that he thought was mine but not, maybe was a trial posted by the people in the local he supposed to rent at that time. Who know in what other case is he involved. The thing is that after that I have not get in contact with him, I really dislike this situation. Why people does not do what they say. Well I guess that’s why lawyers are so popular here, if weren’t by them for sure the problem would be much and more common and no body could get done this type of situations. The office of lawyers of the law firm Chile was located 15 minutes away from my work, walking, just few blocks from a metro station. The advocate who follows my trial is a young guy with a lot of experience on the material. He has many, diplomas on the walls of his personal office in the law firm Chile. Each one dedicated almost full time to their specialty and they give and have help from the others lawyers at the law firm Chile. I already paid the staff fees but that money came from my pocket, I need to have the return of the expenses we did incur that date. Is way too much wasting of time to have to go thru all of this. Even the laws have change the terms and all the paper work, the visits to the attorneys and everything end you tired of the situation, is annoying. I really feel sad, this make you realize that you can’t trust on the people even if you are nice or not to them, even is you trust or not on them before doesn’t matter, once money is on the table the only thing that count is the money and to provide the services you agreed to. No matter if is your city or in another city you have to sign a contract and have the documents that are required to take charges in case you need it and always, always count on a law office in the place you are, somebody in who you can trust and deposit all your trust with not problem like a law firm chile .
