Rodrigo Velasco Santelices is perhaps the most prominent internationally, as a member of the administrative panel of arbitrators and mediators of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). The younger Rodrigo Velasco Alessandri is considered “on the cutting edge” of unfolding IP rights on the internet and infringements in the digital world, according to one onlooker.
